OSCILLOVOM OV300 Function:
1. Voltage Measurement:
OV300 features automatic range for measuring direct current voltage. It offers a measurement range of -36V to 36V, wiht an accuracy of ±0.03V and a resolution of 0.01V.
2. Resistance Measurement:
The device features an automatic range, eliminating the need for manual switching. The resistance measurement spans from 0Ω to 500KΩ, with an accuracy of ±1%.
3. Power Test:
This function evaluates the power supplied by the vehicle's power line to ensure it meets the required standards. It can test power within the range of 0W to 90W. The OV300 can automatically differentiate between voltages, as long as the tested voltage does not exceed 36V.
4. Battery Voltage Drop Test at Startup:
By connecting the red test lead to the positive terminal and the black test lead to the negative terminal. the OV300 can automatically initiate a battery voltage drop test when "Please Start the Vehicle" appears on the screen. Starting the vehicle triggers the test, and the multimeter assesses if the battery voltage has dropped too low.
5. Waveform Test:
When accessing the oscilloscope function, connect the red test lead to the line under test and the black test lead to the vehicle's negative terminal. The OV300 allows you to adjust the displayed frequency during the waveform test.
6. Continuity Test:
This function is used to test the continuity of a circuit. If the resistance between the two test leads is less than 50Ω, the buzzer emits a continuous sound, and the current resistance value is displayed on the screen, indicating a connection. If the resistance exceeds 50Ω, the buzzer remains silent, and only the current resistance value is displayed on the screen.
7. Illumination/Backlight:
OV300 features a screen illumination function, and the device's LED light can be used for night illumination
8. Current Measurement:
This function is primarily designed to measure the current flowing through a circuit, capable of measuring currents below a certain range.
9. Signal Output:
OV300 supplies a voltage signal (ranging from 0.3V to 4.5V) to the vehicle's ECU, simulating the operational state of the corresponding sensor. This assists in determining the integrity of the vehicle's relevant sensor and its circuit.
