1. Always clean well the keys before use it. If key blade is too dirty it has no electrical conductivity.
2. Make sure clamp is calibrated.
3. Reduce speed sometimes, reduce the movement speed to see if it helps.
4. Start with using Clamp deviation detection several times. Then calibrate the cutter.
5. Do a conductivity test/ electrical conductivity measurement to roughly test which is abnormal, probe or cuter.
6. Get the Xhorse key reader and you’ll save probe.
