Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.
Products marked as " Free Shipping" have shipping included. However, some products will have shipping calculated separately.

• For orders under $150, Global Standard Post Shipping is usually selected by default. And you can tick Express Shipping Service (Premium Delivery) to choose express delivery.

• Every buyer is obliged to pay customs duties when purchasing goods from other countries.

Order Processing Time

All our order are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
After the order is shipped and received by the carrier, we will email you an updated Tracking Number that you can use to follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking information to update.
 

International Shipping Duties and Taxes

For international orders. If the item Are Not shipped from a local warehouse in your country / region, you, as the customer Should be responsible for import duties, but don't worry, we will decrease the declared value to help you save the import tax.

We provide a 30-Day Returns Service after delivery, If you are not satisfied with the item you bought or change your mind, please contact us for a return shipping address and ship all the items back to us for a refund in their original package.
