Very satisfied with the customer service and finally, the product after a little difficulty getting the software updated at the start. Once the updaes were installed I was able to test on 3 different Ducati models. One only to clear stored faults and the other 2 bikes to reset the annual service light and the Desmo service light.

Great bit of gear. Purchased for my 2020 Multistrada 950S, and it works a treat. Sellers were great to buy from and helpful with setup advice. Have used it on a friends 2014 Monster 821 to clear errors and reset service reminders. Glad I went with it.
